Oh, what a difference a year makes! Addie wasn't too thrilled about her birthday the first time around, but she sure got excited about her second birthday! All we heard before her birthday arrived was that she wanted YELLOW CAKE! It was all about the yellow cake.
On the big day, she took cupcakes to school to share with her friends and teachers. When we picked her up from school that day, her teachers told us that Addie was very excited all day long, and that she kept telling everyone "Happy Birthday" and "I eat yellow cake!". We had a few more cupcakes that night to celebrate. Here are a few pictures comparing her first birthday to her second. As you can see, she was much excited the second time around.
We're going to Houston this weekend to celebrate her birthday with family. I'll post some more pictures at a later date.
